	Dr. Karan Singh in Concert Dr Karan Singh gave his first-ever recital in Delhi in February Mrs Gursharan Kaur was the Chief Guest at the event. She is seen here presenting a bouquet to vocalist Radhika Chopra. It isn’t everyday that one gets to hear eminent scholars or statesmen take to the stage to sing. Some Delhiites had the privilege of just that. Dr Karan Singh, MP and President ICCR gave a recital – his first ever – on February 22 at Azad Bhavan. His Dogri songs, especially, had everybody clamouring for more. Mrs Gursharan Kaur, wife of India’s Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh, was the Chief Guest.
